Anyone may buy through Badger Voters, and the Elections Commission says Wisconsin law places no restrictions on how the data is used. There are no free lists for candidates; only election officials and a few government agencies get data without charge.
It includes voter name, residential address, mailing address, if different, phone number, if on file, email address, if on file, municipality and ward, county supervisory and aldermanic districts, school and technical college districts, congressional, state senate and assembly districts, voter status and reason, registration date, voting history back to 2006, with polls or absentee. It does not include date of birth and age, party, race and other demographics, driver's license and social security numbers, confidential and protected voters.
