South Dakota county auditors sell voter lists for a city, school or county district for $10 to $50 by size, or $25 per legislative district. Anyone may order.

$10–$50. You order it from your county auditor. Fill out the state Voter Registration File Data Request Form, pick one jurisdiction, sign it by hand, and take or send it to the county auditor for that jurisdiction with a check payable to the SD Secretary of State.
Varies by county. An electronic file, emailed or handed to you by the auditor after you pay. Paper lists cost more ($20 to $50 for a county or district, $100 for a legislative district).
Anyone may buy. The list may not be sold, used for any commercial purpose or posted for unrestricted access online. Campaign and political polling are not commercial. Violations are a Class 1 misdemeanor plus a civil penalty of up to $2,000 each (SDCL 12-4-41).
It includes voter name, residence and mailing address, party, other details from the voter registration card, date last voted, voting history, if you check the box. It does not include social security number, driver's license and nondriver id numbers, month and day of birth.
