Step by step

  1. Find your district. Check your qualifying paperwork or your county elections office for the exact district, ward or precinct your race covers.
  2. Order the matching list from your county voter registration office. Mail or bring State Form VRG-24 with payment to your county voter registration office, or, for a free list without voting history, mail or hand-deliver form IEC-3 to the Indiana Election Division (fax and email are not accepted). On both the county and state forms you promise not to use the data to sell goods or services, and not to sell, loan, give away or deliver it to anyone for a purpose other than political activities or political fundraising. Misuse is a Class B infraction (IC 3-14-6-2). The full unrestricted statewide file costs $5,000 a year and is limited mainly to parties, independent candidates' committees for federal or state office and the media.
