Who can order it

Anyone who swears under penalty of perjury not to use the checklist for commercial purposes or knowingly give it to a foreign government or certain federal agencies (17 V.S.A. § 2154). Since June 2026 this oath is also required for a town's checklist, filed with the town clerk.

Tips before you order

Ask for the monthly email list so you always have the latest additions and removals as the election gets close.
Check the box for the .TXT format if you want a plain text file.
Vermont has no party registration, so you will not see party on the list. Your own door-to-door notes are your best guide to who supports you.
