2. Description of Service

Campaign Knock is a political canvassing subscription service that provides tools and services for:

  • Political campaign management and voter outreach
  • Canvassing data collection and management
  • Voter contact tracking and reporting
  • Campaign analytics and insights
  • Compliance tools for political activities

3. User Accounts and Subscription

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Subscription Terms

Campaign Knock operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as your initial subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Campaign Knock solely for legitimate political activities including:

  • Voter registration drives
  • Campaign volunteer coordination
  • Get-out-the-vote efforts
  • Issue advocacy campaigns
  • Candidate campaigns for public office

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation of voters
  • Spreading false or misleading information about voting procedures
  • Voter suppression activities
  • Commercial spam or unsolicited marketing unrelated to legitimate political activities
  • Activities that violate federal, state, or local election laws
  • Collecting personal information for non-political purposes

5. Political Compliance

5.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Campaign Knock complies with all applicable campaign finance laws, election regulations, and privacy requirements in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA)
  • State and local campaign finance laws
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • State and federal privacy laws

5.2 Reporting Requirements

You acknowledge that political activities may require disclosure and reporting to government agencies. You are responsible for all such reporting requirements.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy and the privacy of the individuals you contact through our Service is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Campaign Knock and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
