1¢ per voter, $20 min. You order it from the Louisiana Secretary of State. Create an account on the Secretary of State's voter list portal, pick your parish and district, review the cost estimate and pay online. You can also ask your parish Registrar of Voters.
Online download. Lists are delivered electronically through the voter list portal, and the download link lasts 7 days after purchase. A $5 state fee is added to each order. Custom requests, such as special districts or specific elections, are prepared by Election Services staff, who email you when the list is ready to buy.
The Secretary of State sells lists through its public online portal and asks for no candidate paperwork. By law the lists never include Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, birth dates or email addresses (La. R.S. 18:154). Prices are set by rule (La. Admin. Code tit. 31, pt. II, § 105) and are not negotiable.
It includes voter name, residential and mailing address, phone number, age, sex, race, party, voter status, registration date and number, parish, ward and precinct, city, police jury, school board, justice of the peace, state house and state senate districts, last date voted, walk list order, last 20 dates voted, at no extra charge. It does not include email addresses, full date of birth, social security and driver's license numbers, special districts such as drainage or lighting, unless you ask for them.
