Find your district. Check your qualifying paperwork or your county elections office for the exact district, ward or precinct your race covers.
Order the matching list from the Florida Division of Elections. Email VoterExtract@dos.fl.gov with your name, a phone number or email address, and a mailing address at least 24 hours before the next monthly release date. No form or account is needed. Use the table below to pick the right list.
Get your file. The file is issued once a month on a set date and mailed to you on disk, or you can pick it up in Tallahassee until 5 PM on the Friday after the release date. It is not sent by email or download. Requests that miss the deadline roll to the next month. Off-schedule requests are handled as public records requests and may carry administrative fees.

Who can order it

Voter registration and voting history records are public in Florida, so any candidate or campaign can request the extract directly. Confidential and exempt details are removed first (Fla. Stat. §§ 97.0585 and 119.071). The Division does not ask for an eligibility form or oath for the monthly extract.

Tips before you order

Upcoming release dates are October 16, November 12 and December 16, 2026. Your request must arrive at least 24 hours before the date. The October 16 file includes everyone registered by the October 5 book closing.
Ask for a standing request to get every monthly file for the rest of the calendar year with one email. Standing requests expire December 31.
You get all 67 counties as separate files. Open only your county's file, and match voting history to voters by Voter ID.
The file has no city council or ward district. City candidates should ask their county Supervisor of Elections for a city or ward list.
Voting history for local elections is unofficial. For city or special district history, check with your county Supervisor of Elections.
