Find your district. Check your qualifying paperwork or your county elections office for the exact district, ward or precinct your race covers.
Order the matching list from the Oregon Secretary of State Elections Division. Fill out the online request on the Secretary of State's Get Voter List page, saying which district and fields you want, and pay by check or credit card. Your county elections office sells lists for its own voters at the same fees. Use the table below to pick the right list.

Who can order it

Anyone may buy an electronic voter list (ORS 247.945 and OAR 165-002-0020). The list may not be used for commercial purposes (ORS 247.955); campaign use is fine. The law only requires a county clerk to fill requests made before the 45th day before an election.

Tips before you order

Order before the 45-day mark ahead of your election. County clerks are only required to fill requests made before then.
Ask for voting history. Clackamas County includes it for all or selected elections at no extra charge, and Multnomah adds it on request.
Excel format is not a paid special formatting request, so ask for it if you do not want a text file.
During an election, counties can sell a voted/not voted list that shows whose ballots are already in, so you can stop knocking on doors that have voted.
Some counties leave phone numbers out (Clackamas says they are not available). Collect them at the door and record them in CampaignKnock as you go.
